Had every thing we needed in the apartment and was very comfortable and clean, it was a pleasure to be there. The apartment was very modern and spacious.

  Quay West Suites provided all that we needed for a weekend trip to Melbourne. It is within convenient walking distance from the NGV, Federation Square, The Arts Centre, Hamer Hall, etc, with lots of restaurants at Southbank. Car parking is provided with Valet Service which worked very well for us (although it is not cheap). Rooms with river o - The location was fantastic for exploring Melbourne - close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops. The hotel pool was beautiful and I really enjoyed swimming there during my stay. Buffet breakfast was included in my room rates and the choices were plentiful and a great way to start our day.Overall, I was happy with my stay.

  Service was great and all the staff were very friendly. Apartment was very well appointed and quiet. King sized bed meant I could cancel the twins that were ordered for myself and my daughter - we are happy to share a large bed. Lifts were fast. Room was clean. Location was great. Woollen blanket in cupboard was a nice surprise. Toiletries were ve... wat mensen zeggen » ry nice. Everything in the room worked. We dined at the restaurant for one night and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was very good and so was the serv - We loved Mantra on Russell. From the moment we checked in, the experience was great. Particular mention must be made of Mr Aaron Light at the front desk. He was very professional and extremely helpful. The apartment was very clean and the housekeeping personnel were very good and efficient. We have stayed in several apartments in Melbourne during our previous trips there but this is by far the best! Will definitely stay there again!

  The lady at the front desk was very helpful as I told her about the old tired apartment I was in and showed her what was being advertised on the website I was then switched to a better one. There bed was comfortable. the apartment was clean and tidy. All the rooms are very spacious and clean with the most amazingly comfortable beds.
