  The reception staff were the best - our stay in Melbourne was a combination of I guess business and leisure - my adult daughter was in a competition/festival and I went along to support her and enjoy myself - in particular Adrian and Paul at reception were like parents/friends and couldn't do enough to help - I saw their manner with everyone who ... wat mensen zeggen » came in - professional but friendly, knowledgeable, competent and just generally lovely people who are extremely good at their job. The other staff - My son goes to boarding school in Melbourne. This has become my second home when I visit Melbourne. Paul and Adrian are friendly and helpful at the reception desk. The train station is right next door. Excellent location for going to the city or shopping in Chapel Street or Praham.

  Quay West Suites provided all that we needed for a weekend trip to Melbourne. It is within convenient walking distance from the NGV, Federation Square, The Arts Centre, Hamer Hall, etc, with lots of restaurants at Southbank. Car parking is provided with Valet Service which worked very well for us (although it is not cheap). Rooms with river o - The location was fantastic for exploring Melbourne - close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops. The hotel pool was beautiful and I really enjoyed swimming there during my stay. Buffet breakfast was included in my room rates and the choices were plentiful and a great way to start our day.Overall, I was happy with my stay.

  Service was great and all the staff were very friendly. Apartment was very well appointed and quiet. King sized bed meant I could cancel the twins that were ordered for myself and my daughter - we are happy to share a large bed. Lifts were fast. Room was clean. Location was great. The food was very good and so was the serv - We loved Mantra on Russell. From the moment we checked in, the experience was great. Particular mention must be made of Mr Aaron Light at the front desk. He was very professional and extremely helpful. The apartment was very clean and the housekeeping personnel were very good and efficient. We have stayed in several apartments in Melbourne during our previous trips there but this is by far the best! Will definitely stay there again!

  Arriving on a delayed flight into Melbourne via Sydney from Hawaii, we expected all sorts of problems upon arriving very late at the Somerset. However, I must complement their staff, in particular Paul Dale, who were very helpful and understanding. Bob Langridge - i like there are lots of electric and home appliances, like microwave oven, washing machine, stove, etc. There are shops and supermarkets nearby thus cooking in the room is very convenient esp. my mother is a vegetarian. It also near the melbourne central, queen victoria markets. And many tourist points can be reach on foot. (If you don't mind to walk)

She not only accommodated all of our needs but went above and beyond the call of duty & helped make our experience at Quest very memorable!
