The location was fantastic for exploring Melbourne - close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops. The hotel pool was beautiful and I really enjoyed swimming there during my stay. Buffet breakfast was included in my room rates and the choices were plentiful and a great way to start our day.Overall, I was happy with my stay.

Check in was very smooth and the information provided was excellent. I contacted the manager to arrange a slightly later checkout as we were meeting friends for lunch. He checked and as there were no new bookings for that night we were able to leave our belongings and collect them after our lunch which was most generous and helpful -

Melbourne is not a cheap city for accommodation and the price on letsbookhotel.com was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when we arrived at 2am due to a delay in our flight. The room was well sized, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is in the CBD and close to the main part of town, and only a short walk or tram ride from everything else. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

Staff is extremely helpful and lovely. The check-in time was 2pm, and I paid for the room with no view to the park. We arrived at 10am and due to low occupancy they let us check-in earlier with no extra cost and got us a room with a great view of the city overlooking the park. Paul was a delight. Location, very well situated, right beside the free tram but they take so long to get into the central area, its quicker to walk and easy to do so from the hotel.Staff very efficient, and helpful at all times,giving directions etc.I requested a high floor away from street noise and was given floot 19 which was great ,marvelous views over Sydney.You could hear traffic noise if you listened but it didn't disturb us.

Everyone, from the people on the desk to the cleaning staff to the people in the restaurant at breakfast time were polite, helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome without being 'in your face'. Even walking into the reception and smelling the beautiful scent of the burning candles was such a lovely experience. Excellent bathroom with lots of bench space.
Good restaurant with an even better bar area where they serve their in-house brewed beer. It was obviously very popular with the locals.
Convenient tram, 30 mins to city centre.
I had an early morning start on a Saturday, and was grateful breakfast was served from 6:30.
