  We were smack bang in the middle of the city so location was excellent. Easy walking distance to most things we were interested in visiting. I found the staff friendly and polite. My daughter visited us on this trip and we arrived back quite late one night to the Hotel and the staff were extremely accomodating in allowing her to stay the night wit... wat mensen zeggen » h us, which didnt end up happening in the end. Based on this alone I would defintely stay here again. Value for money a definite. Alice's was lovely w - This hotel suited us exactly it had all we needed for a short 3 day stay in Melbourne. Close to shops theatre, art centre Fedration Square and public transport. Bed was comforable, room clean and fresh, bathroom was new with good shower and loads of hot water. The cost of a three night stay was incredably inexpensive for its central city position. Not a luxury hotel if you want spa baths etc. but most definitely a good quality hotel for travellers who want a bit more than backpacker budget hot

Vriendelijk personeel! - De lokatie, dichtbij het vliegveld, is perfect! In vijf minuten werden we met de shuttle naar het vliegveld gebracht. Prima geregeld. The facilities in the apartment - while not used all that much by ourselves - were good and could be very useful.   We were there the first weekend that Aura opened and couldn't have been made to feel more welcome or at home. The apartment was spotless and we had everything that we needed and more! Location was better than I had hoped with a 5min walk to Southern Cross station which was perfect for the Skybus and 10min walk into the City Centre & Southbank.... wat mensen zeggen » We will be staying here next time we go to Melbourne too! - We stayed here for 7 days. Great location, 3 min walk from the free city tram stop, 5 min walk to sea life, 8 min walk to crown casino and10 min walk to federation square. Very convenient! Spacious and clean room. Staff were excellent in providing assistance when required. Very fuss free. Unfortunately room wifi was down but we understand it's an isolated incident. Nonetheless, will stay here again!
