  Great location for my purposes. Good on site parking at reasonable rates. Rooms are comfortable and nicely re-furbished. This is a comfortable value for money hotel with good access to Prahran eateries and very conveniently located on St Kilda Road which makes it very easy to tram in and out of town.   Quay West Suites provided all that we needed for a weekend trip to Melbourne. It is within convenient walking distance from the NGV, Federation Square, The Arts Centre, Hamer Hall, etc, with lots of restaurants at Southbank. Buffet breakfast was included in my room rates and the choices were plentiful and a great way to start our day.Overall, I was happy with my stay.

  The location was great, walking distance to cbd. Loved the 2 bedroom suite we were assigned, had everything you could ask for except the internet connection which was a waste of time (and money). The staff we encountered during the day were super.
