Staff are friendly and very down to earth. The facilities are great we spent more time in the pool then we did at the beach. I would rate this place very highly. - The 2 bdrm apt was very well appointed & in a great location for the beach & restaurants, an easy walk. It was very clean/comfy & homey feeling. The 2 baths were nice to have and they were a good size, as we were with another couple.

  The unit was very well presented and comfortable. The locations was great with easy access to restaurants, hotels and shops all within walking distance.   This place is absolutely amazing! The host, Mechelle, was incredibly friendly and helpful in making arrangements for activities around Hervey Bay and even for the other locations of our trip. The apartment itself was amazing, especially for this price. This place is close to plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, event parks, beach, etc. We only stayed for 2 nights and then dro - Michelle the owner is amazing! She made us feel so welcome and couldn't have done more to accommodate us. She helped us book excursions and was full of local knowledge. The rooms are beautiful and you can tell there is a lot of personal touches with the lovely wooden furniture. The beds are the most comfortable we have ever stayed in and we got a great nights sleep.   The hotel was right across front eh each with excellent views. The room was large and well equipped. Parking was secure and access to the room was easy with the elevator from the basement. - I found the staff very helpful and Lisa was very efficient, was pleased with the unit itself and the view of the bay was excellent, loved having two tv's.

  The manager, Peter, couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating if he tried. I emailed in advance as we wanted 2x double beds (myself, my partner and my parents) and as he actually upgraded us for free to a stunning 3 bed apartment - even taking all our luggage up there for us and giving us tea/ coffee/ breakfast packs. It was superb! Views, location close to all you need! Would not hesitate to stay again and have already told all our friends about it:-) Oh and the pool was AWESOME!

  A lovely, friendly place to stay close to the gorgeous beach and cafe/bar/shop/restaurant. Great facilities including a really nice pool, large recreation room, laundry facilities, barbecue area, clean and spacious cooking area. Clean and comfortable dorm and plenty of showers and rest rooms also very clean. The best place I have stayed in while travelling in Australia ! You pay for a hostel feel like in a hotel.   The friendliness and help afforded us by Bob and Jenny was superb. I had my 96 Y.O. Aunt with us, and the facilities were exactly what we needed for her. I.E.lift, shower base, and Bob offered a shower chair for her as well. The whole place is a credit to their diligence, as it is immaculate. A pleasure to stay with them. Very comfortable accomodation fully self-contained which helps to keep the costs down. Small touches like washing powder and cold water in the fridge are very welcoming. Fresh milk is always a bonus.
