i would definitely recommend this resort to other family and friends,, from the awesome friendly staff to the wonderful facilities they had available. The lay out of the apartments and the easy access to and from the resort. we definitely felt at home and relaxed and our stay there was like a 5 star holiday. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Pool and spa as well as bbq area was just a bonus for us, the place was clean and spotless they definitely took good care of all their clients mee.
alle beoordelingen » The apartment was big and spacious - as I was travelling with young kids. We got an excellent room with a very good view of the ocean - my kids enjoyed the beach, pool and spa very much. Location was great as well as it was just minutes away from the airport and the beach - will definitely stay here next time. the pool area / bbq area looked great. the lady on reception was really nice and the gentleman who was the handy man gave me a great suggestion of where the best pizza place was. Only stayed 2 nights as we only came up to attend a funeral so we didn't really utilize the facilities. access to the beach was excellent, the area was very quiet and relaxing and the other guests were friendly and welcoming. I have already recommended this complex to friends who are looking to stay there in June this year. The whole stay was fantastic , I would like to book accomadation for april 21st to 27th for around 10 people ..so maybe 2 x 3 bedroom apartments that are side by side if someone could contact me over this Thank you. Close to beach and local shops. Ground floor apartment looked straight over the pool and beach. Great location for kids. The apartments are right on the beach, shops very close (within walking distance) prices are great. It was a fun relaxing holiday with my family friendly staff and our friendly ppl on holiday too. It was a great week of just relaxing.Husband just loved that the beach was right at the door. location and it had lovely kitchen lots of utensils.it was well presented. would stay again. I loved the view of the ocean:). Nice view, beach, pool. Fantastic location. Close to beach. Loved the apt and close proximity to the beach for swimming and walking... Beach access, helpfull staff. The nearest shopping centre was bit of a walk for us from the apartment. We stayed in a three bedroom apartment and some of the rooms needs to be renovated as it shows rust. One thing I didn't like was no privacy - all balconies facing each other. windows wern't that sealed. The kids complained that from their rooms they could hear noise from planes coming in to land and the sound of crashing waves all night. Small stairwells - no lifts. Hard to carry suitcases up. Rooms were older and needed some TLC - floors/Unit were not very clean on arrival. the washing machine was hard to navigate but that's the only problem we had. That I couldnt stay longer. needs a egg flip. 9am is a bit early most place its 10am. Going up the stairs:(. No elevator for old people. Ground floor unit straight out to common area and then beach - bit hard to utilise the outside area due to small kids - railings for small courtyard would have been great would fine for older kids. Not resorts fault, just our situation. Bathrooms and kitchen need upgrading. Pool needed to be kept cleaner on a daily basis..Basics for the Apt price not in the apt and No where to buy any..even in reception which was not manned at all often. Unit wasn't very clean. Needed some attention. Curtains falling down, toilet role holder in ensuite was loose. Basic things that can be rectified to improve the customer experience.
