As a regular user of 4* & 5* hotels i would describe this as a very solid straightforward 4* with everything you would expect at the standard you should expert. Very good staff, not too big and well organised -

all the staff were very helpful from taking you to your room tom helping you with a trip. plus it is only about a ten min walk into cairns centre which was right for me. the breakfast was good dinner was very good.

I found all of the staff very friendly , welcoming and efficient. Special praise goes to Rob McKenzie and his reception staff - I thought they were all brilliantly helpful when answering all of my questions. I would certainly recommend the hotel to others. - Great location and great facilities. Free shuttle into town was very good.

Very stylish and well presented accommodation and everything worked smoothly. Good car parking and easy access to the highway. Our welcome was warm and friendly. No hard sell on tours etc. We will go back if the opportunity comes along. -

Fabulous location! We enjoyed a 20 min walk to Muddy's playground. A wonderful playground for kids and nice cafe stop for Mum and Dad! It was a very pleasant 30 min stroll into the centre of Cairns. we had a warm welcome from Sandy and an unexpected upgrade. You won't regret booking to stay here. The apartment was clean, well equipped, very relaxing with a stunning view of the Esplanade. It is a wonderful choice if traveling with young children.
