Excellent place to stay in Cairns. 10-15 minutes walk into the town centre. A spacious apartment, very clean. Great help from the staff. We booked a swim out apartment which was well worth the extra money. Highly recommended.

As a Local of 33 years we like to treat one self to a bit of luxury. We have stayed here before an loved it. Rooms are very clean n have had a bit of a refurb an look great. Love the bed, not the usual two pushed together but a genuine kind size bed! Large balcony was nice, little touches of luxury such as spa bath, large shower, bath robes, mini bar etc. Staff booked our boat trip to the reef for us and they have lots of area knowledge and recommendations, very helpful and friendly!

We stayed at the Jack & Newell for three nights in a 3 bed apartment in Nov 2013. The apartment was huge, modern décor, well cleaned and maintained. As well as the pool facilities. The property is located just a few streets over from the CBD, the pier, the marina and the casino! David the manager was a great guy and went out of his way to provide advise on tours etc to make our trip successful. Would certainly recommend this property to anyone considering staying in Cairns.

Fabulous location! We enjoyed a 20 min walk to Muddy's playground. A wonderful playground for kids and nice cafe stop for Mum and Dad! It was a very pleasant 30 min stroll into the centre of Cairns. we had a warm welcome from Sandy and an unexpected upgrade. You won't regret booking to stay here. The apartment was clean, well equipped, very relaxing with a stunning view of the Esplanade. It is a wonderful choice if traveling with young children.

We were on our honeymoon and when Sharon and Martin found out, they came up with champagne and chocolates - such a sweet thing to do. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist strip of Cairns, but within walking distance to the esplanade, shops and restaurants. I stayed here for one week, the staff are really helpful and friendly, when I arrival cairns, they pick me up from bus station immediately. the kitchen is amazing, you can get any stuff you want. the room is very clean and tidy, the bed and pillow is very soft. I stay here like staying at home. it's the best backpacker I have been to. -
We enjoyed our stay at Dreamtime Travellers rest, the guys at the reception were really helpful and they gave us a nice twin room close to the swimming pool, which was super clean and very homy. Considering Cairns's standards, this hostel raises up quite a bit! Friendly but still quiet, and just a 10 minutes stroll to downtown. Great!

We just had the best time at your hotel.... We had dinner at Cocos then a complimentary breakfast the next morning which was part of our accommodation package ... Your staff are the most friendly, easy going people we have come across in any hotel we have ever stayed at, even the guys who park our car to the the valet who brings our bags to our room.... 6 star in our books....
