  The full kitchen and laundry facilities, close to everything. Modern facilities, nice pool (a lot of hotels in Cairns are very dated from the 1980s tourist boom I think). There was a mix-up when we were checking in and we were quoted a much higher price than we booked, but for a Harbourview room. We ended up getting a Harbour view room anyway but ... wat mensen zeggen » paying a really great price! Loved the view and the location. Also, they provide all eco-products for laundry, dish-washing etc., not just the standar - Great location. Right beside the marina and very close to the city. Lots of choices of nice restaurants just downstairs. Staff are extremely helpful. Helped us with all the bookings of shuttle bus and site visits. The studio hotel apartment was great value of money. The ocean view from the balcony was fantastic. Can't wait to come back to Harbour Lights for our next Cairns holiday!

  We were originally meant to only stayed 4 nights but we stayed the entire 8 of our holidays! It is definitely worth the price you pay. Our room was serviced everyday by the friendly house keepers and were always greeted by the friendly, helpful service desk people. The people at the service desk will always help you book tours, taxi, shuttle bu... wat mensen zeggen » ses and all. Webber whom was a staff member was mainly a huge help to my partner and I!! The breakfast buffet is amazing. They offer a huge variety of - Absolutely loved our stay at the Rydges Esplanade Resort. The staff were helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We checked in prior to 2pm due to a flight reschedule and even though the hotel was close to full the staff did everything they could to get us into our room as quickly as possible which was greatly appreciated. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We had a mountain view room which had stunning views of Cairns at night. If your out during the day, I'd recommend this

Lopend enkele minuten naar strand - The commitment and friendliness of its owners, Sharon and Dave. The rooms are clean, comfortable, of a good size, and well appointed, including cooking facilities. Location is less than three minutes' walk to the seafront and, although about 2km out of the town, this means that it is quiet. And there is the option of either - Friendly family owned accommmodation. Do stay here if you want to stay someplace where they actually care about who you are and what you do. We were on our honeymoon and when Sharon and Martin found out, they came up with champagne and chocolates - such a sweet thing to do. These very nice people who run the place never failed to ask how our day was, help out with luggage, dropped us off at the airport and to the Reef Fleet Terminal when we went on a cruise to the reef.   We chose Rainbow inn for the price and then when we got there we loved the hotel, The staff were friendly and welcoming, The room was perfect for us and we walked straight out our door to the pool and spa area which is just so inviting. There was a bar and resturant directly across from our room also a bbq area if we wanted to cook our own food. Rainb - Was bit troubled by some of the reviews we read, but everything was fine. Good location and facilities.

  Was not expecting too much when I booked here. However, I was extremely surprised and impressed with the 2 bedroom apartment right outside the swimming pool. The unit didn't have a water view. But we could see enough from the pool. Unfortunately we only stayed one night. Had a teenager and 7yr old with us. Right outside Wh - Beautiful apartment, could live here. Very large and spacious, lap pool, very cold, good for Cairns weather. Great views over the boat terminal, close to kids playground and 5 mins walk to the Esplanade and centre of town.

  We stayed in a 4th floor apartment that two bedrooms. The main bedroom had its own en-suite with shower, spa and toilet. There was a second bathroom with shower & toilet next to the second bedroom. The apartment was spotless and very well "laid out". The view from the balcony was great. I guess the views from the 5th floor upwards would be bet... wat mensen zeggen » ter. I would recommend 181 to anyone, and I would stay there again in the future. - 181 Located just far enough away from the busy esplanade area too relax and enjoy the awesome weather and food Cairns has to offer. The apartments are large and spacious and met all our requirements. The owners were of great assistance with our daily activity's and knowledge of the area. We have no hesitation in returning.

  Very welcoming staff, nice facilities including kitchen, laundry, bar, pool.. The family room was very clean and comfortable. Although is a little far from downtown, they offer rides. Free wifi. - The quiz night was fun.. And it was the only day you can see more than 15 peaple in the public area
