  All of it...We stayed in one of the penthouses and it was so nice, relaxing and private. We just wished it stopped raining so we could get in the roof top spa. - The room was very spacious and everything was provided. The 3 different themed pools were great also.

  Really enjoyed the Adult Lap Pool. Granny - children loved the other pools 3 and 6. Two complaints were readily taken care of within 12 hours - tin opener did not work and the seal on the oven kept coming off. Car parking available close to our accommodation. Plenty of amusements on offer for the children whether the weather was dry or wet. - Lov... wat mensen zeggen » ed the apartments. The accessibility to all the facilities was great and very safe & secure for everyone. The Cafe' made great coffee! Both the Café & Pizzeria were delish & reasonably priced or famililies.

  We are in the hospitality industry ourselves so were looking for a short getaway. we thought it was great value for money very friendly staff including the house staff. Thoroughly enjoyed the Seasons,especially the pork beey entree and your lovely sweedish waitress.Coming from the Brisbane area the under 2 hour trip to Kingscliffe was great for a ... wat mensen zeggen » short getaway. - We really enjoyed having a room that was peaceful and well cared for. We enjoyed the clean environment and the ability to walk to any shops without having to use transport. We loved the warm pool and the various services offered (pool service, breakfast, clean towels). The staff were professional (could be a little more friendly).

  Because of a problem with the reservation through letsbookhotel.com there was no unit available (fully booked); however, the manager went out of her way to find us another place to stay for 2 nights (expensive!!). The remaining 2 nights of our booking she gave to us free. That was excellent service on their side.

  rooms were supplied with plenty of crockery etc, and were designed beautifully. We had 8 girls in 2 x 2 bedroom apartments and had a really fun weekend away. There is also a hairdressers/beautician next door and a few of us had some lovely treatments. - Lay out of apartments was fantastic for traveling with 2 teenagers. Unfortunately we were stay... wat mensen zeggen » ing at The Beach to attend Bluesfest so didn't really get to enjoy all facilities as hardly there. Plan to fix this by returning for a relaxing stay.

  Overall stylish but relaxing appearance inside and out and separate eating areas offering different levels of eating. Staff were lovely, especially concierge and Citrique Restaurant. As sharing a twin room, loved we had a double bed each and so comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel is only a short walk to central Surfers Paradise... wat mensen zeggen » and as we went to participate in the Gold Coast Half Marathon, the shuttle bus stop was only 50m away and we were the last pickup point so quick trip - Great staff, excellent for family with child(ren), great food, convenient location with very close access to main road leading to fun parks and short drive or 15 minute walk from Surfers Paradise City Centre. Bonus, free parking underneath the hotel.
