Staff are outstanding, the place is so clean, beds are good and rooms are decent size, they have a nice balcony area which you can relax or socialise in, good kitchen and they put on free breakfast for you too! Really close to everything, pub downstairs which gives you cheaper drinks if you're a guest (and you... wat mensen zeggen » can't hear any noise either from upstairs if you want to sleep!), main street right outside, beach is a stones throw away, all in such a perfect litt - The manager is very friendly. I booked weeks ahead not realizing i had to check in on good friday. When I arrived at 10pm, the manager still answered the phone and opened the door to let me check in. And he drove me to the airport for free at 7am the next morning!

The location was brilliant with a short stroll to a variety of great restaurants. The Esplanade Market on Sunday had a great variety of stalls and arts and crafts. It would have been impossible to get through there with surfboards, thank you!! The staff were very helpful. The room was extremely welcoming with adequate kitchen facilities to allow us to cook meals easily. The beds were very soft, great after a long day of surfing and playing on the beach. The bathrooms were good, especially the en suite, very special. Access to the beach, view of the beach... amazing location.

Two complaints were readily taken care of within 12 hours - tin opener did not work and the seal on the oven kept coming off. Car parking available close to our accommodation.
