We really enjoyed having a room that was peaceful and well cared for. We enjoyed the clean environment and the ability to walk to any shops without having to use transport. We loved the warm pool and the various services offered (pool service, breakfast, clean towels). The staff were professional (could be a little more friendly).

I like the hassle and stress free convenience that the hotel offered. They even have pillow options which was tremendously helps deep slumber especially for yound children. Also, there are also free ipads and wifi provided for the stay as well as wide selection of complimentary movies that helps the young ones occupied when I needed some "me" time.

When I booked I didnt realize that we had an option of smoking/non
smoking. Realizing we did have that option after booking in it was no
trouble to staff to relocate us to a smoking unit and with in minutes we
were puffing on our cigies out of everybodys way. Then I had left my
reading glasses in the 1st room and again no trouble to staff tracking

Amazing stay! During our 6 week trip to Australia we stayed here on 3
separate occasions and each time we couldnt fault the service. The staff

I am very impressed with the staff. All were extremely professional and friendly. To give credit, the reception staff Tamara, she was very helpful and proffesional. The concierge, Luke very interesting person and now the area very well. He was extremely helpful in making our 4 days program, that we enjoyed to the max.

Excellent facilities and perfect for a nice family break. The 2 bed apartments are perfect for a family - pretty good size, well stocked up with all one may need. Overall stylish but relaxing appearance inside and out and separate eating areas offering different levels of eating. Staff were lovely, especially concierge and Citrique Restaurant. Great staff, excellent for family with child(ren), great food, convenient location with very close access to main road leading to fun parks and short drive or 15 minute walk from Surfers Paradise City Centre. Bonus, free parking underneath the hotel.
