She helped us out with the taxis, answered any questions we had about the town and provided us with extra comforters upon our request.   Schoon hotel - The lady who works the front desk was extremely kind and patient with our elementary ability to communicate in Spanish. We really liked how, given our interest in learning the language, she took the time to teach us phrases before venturing out for a hike, eating breakfast, and when checking in. There is a very nice kitchen, available to all guests, in a separate building, which contains couches, a tv, tables/chairs, refrige - Very friendly and helpful staff (speaking very little english though). Nice rooms and easy access to the sendero fitzroy. It also has a large kitchen and dining area in a separate building, very convenient for saving some money from the pricey local restaurants.
