  It is located at the edge of Williams, Arizona. There are some excellent shops and restaurants. The information center is an absolute must to visit. The two ladies in it will give you very accurate information and save you money to visit the Grand Canyon. - We were on the road in snowy conditions.   I appreciate that the continental breakfast was included. That is important when we travel. I like the fact the I was able to use the internet there. Free wifi. It was clean and comfortable. - Convenient location to interstate. Room was not great, but decent. Price was reasonable; very good included breakfast made price better.

  The park is a mile or two outside Williams (great Route 66) fun for a short stay) and an hours drive from the Grand Canyon. The park is nice and with very helpful staff. Stayed one night in a ´caboose´ - a converted railway locomotive or wagon. As a result of a booking mistake we got the caboose for a special price, so we don´t know if it would ha... cosa dice la gente » ve been good value for the normal price. But it´s certainly a fun experience for a night or two. Not roomy and a bit primitive in some ways but that a - helpfulness of the reception staff. Especially one lady, she really made every effort (including speaking very slowly, which is uncommon and a blessing when English is not your mother tongue) to help us out of some problems we had. The location is great for visiting Death Valley; and still very near to Williams and to the main road (road 66)
