I appreciate that the continental breakfast was included. That is important when we travel. I like the fact the I was able to use the internet there. Free wifi. It was clean and comfortable.
Convenient location to interstate. Room was not great, but decent. Price was reasonable; very good included breakfast made price better.

Good value for money.
Easy access to the freeway and to the town of Williams. We were heading off to the Grand Canyon and this was a great value and a convenient stop. We had our dog with us, they welcomed her. Its not the Ritz but it was a great place to drop in and rest before we went to the G.C.
Affordable accommodation in lovely little town all decorated for Christmas! Enjoyed making my own waffle for breakfast.

I would have liked to have had some meat for breakfast. It would have been nice to have had a flat screen tv in the room.

Beds were very uncomfortable & the pasties were stale.
One of the beds had a slope in it so it wasn't very comfortable and the TV didn't have very good reception.
I didn't like that the door to get into the building was always open.
Vers near to historical williams but unfortunately not possible to walk there.

3 out of 15 TV channels didn't work. My card keys only worked once in a while (both) in our door. The rear building door didn't lock properly and could be pulled open without use of a card key (building 2) at night. The heater unit in my room would make an off and on vibration all night that was irritating.
The price we paid was not what we had booked the room for. We booked for 59. a night they charged us 74.99 per room after taxes it was 85.92.
letsbookhotel.com sent me to this hotel when I selected the railway hotel. I booked then realized it was the wrong hotel. Hotel was under construction, lots and lots of construction.... And not the one I wanted. Not happy.
