  On the first night we did not get much rest due to a party in the adjoining room that lasted until 4am. The hotel refunded our money for that night. I reserved a non smoking room anf on the second night I and my friend awoke to what appeared to be second hand cigarette smoke in our room. They were so patient and attentive to the children that ordered. Great staff from gift shop to the Conceirge. We stayed over Thanksgiving and was recommended some wonderful resturants. It was a great time.

  When I arrived at the hotel, I was amazed. The outside of this resort looks nice and the location is beautiful. It is located right across from Heavenly so the view of the mountains was spectacular. The inside of the hotel has a 70's feel to it but everything was clean and every hotel staff I cam across was very friendly. I loved the set - There was a welcoming staff. The price was excellent value. My husband loved to watch tv from the hot tub in the room. It was his birthday, he was so happy he didn't want to go home. We were fortunate to have the World Cup freestyle ski championships just next door. I left my phone in the car or dropped it in the valet parking but they called me to let me know they had found it

  The suite we booked for 2 nights exceeded all expectations and had we known how high the standard of accommodation was we would have factored in a longer stay here during our trip. The pictures on the hotel website do not do justice to how lovely the property actually is.   Wow...what a nice hotel. We wanted to stay at Lake Tahoe for a weekend to go skiing. The junior suite we stayed in was completely remodeled.
