Kitchen was great! There is a FREE GE Profile washer and dryer on each floor. They also have laundry detergent in your room. They do not have cribs only pack n plays. Bring your own sheet or ask for a small one from housekeeping. They didn't bring one and the mat was questionable. -

We loved the Deerfield Lodge. The owners, Robin and Eric, were terrific hosts to us and our pooch. The hotel is so clean and beautifully decorated. We sat at the fire pit nightly and were always offered wine and our pooch a treat! It is walking distance to the lake and downtown. We loved the Deerfield Lodge so much, we're going back in a month

Abbey was a great resource for info about Lake Tahoe. She helped us know many different things to do. The room is spacious and clean. The location is perfect, close to everything. We enjoyed the free bottle of wine and extra treats in the room. The site has a nice patio area for visiting and relaxing.

Oh my, so convenient! Right out the door to the gondola, everything is so close, you don't need a rental car. Room was awesome, everything you need, even a washer/dryer! We loved it! Will definitely stay here again! -

This resort was really well located on the lake front and near shops etc. the accommodation was a great size for myself, husband and two young children. The resort itself has a couple of pools and spas and is a great place to stay with family, we definitely hope to go back again one day! We were also lucky enough to end up being put in a 2 bed to

The hot tub and heated pool were great. The townhouse was awesome and fully stocked kitchen with utensils, dishes...Great location! The beach is just a walk a away! We will definetley return!! Free shuttle service to anywhere in South Lake! Great resort!

When I arrived at the hotel, I was amazed. The outside of this resort looks nice and the location is beautiful. It is located right across from Heavenly so the view of the mountains was spectacular. The inside of the hotel has a 70's feel to it but everything was clean and every hotel staff I cam across was very friendly. The valet park was good,

loved to watch tv from the hot tub in the room. It was his birthday, he
was so happy he didn't want to go home. We were fortunate to have
the World Cup freestyle ski championships just next door. I left my
phone in the car or dropped it in the valet parking but they called me
to let me know they had found it

The staff was extremely helpful especially when we had an incident with the neighbors on the first day. They upgraded our room for the inconvenience. The rooms were very clean, along with the grounds. Wasn't able to get to the pool and spa but was surprised it was open until 11 pm. Very nice hotel and staff. -
