loved the location. very close to six flags. staff very friendly and courteous. will definately stay here again. looking for one in another state for next trip. we have season passes to six flags and will stay here on our next trip. -

Renovations were done recently and looked great. The room was great and
clean with the wood looking floors, no carpet. Beds were comfortable. We
had 2 rooms. I left items behind that we had just purchased at mall,
contacted them and they mailed package. Staff was great. Thank you, we
enjoyed our stay and will come back. -

Customer Service was excellent! The trip/stay was 5 minutes away
from my Dr. The hotel was necessary for eye surgery operation. I had
my mother, daughter, & my 9 month old grand daughter stay in the
room w/ me. The room was very spacious, and access to the outside
was very convenient,(I had a small service dog with me). I would
highly recommend, and will be staying there again for 2nd eye surgery
the end of April.

Holiday Inns in the us. And it was my first stay in a traditional
B&B. I liked their service and atmosphere which is quite similar to

Spacious, relaxing, location.
We were traveling through on our way home and made a last minute stop. The staff were happy to accommodate. When we arrived, there weren't enough luggage carts so the staff actually helped out and cared ALL of our luggage to our room. We'd been on vacation for over a week so we had a lot of stuff. -

The location is the key factor, actually next door to the Alamo and very close to the Riverwalk area and the Mall. Felt safe to walk in these areas even late at night. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is a standard room in an old historic hotel, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast that was included was good. Everyone was very nice.
Room was excellent. Bed was extremely comfortable. The weather was nice, which made the Riverwalk very nice. We liked the fact that everything we wanted to see and do was just steps away.

The stay was a gift from my 2 daughters for my B'day and we loved the room and the view. We had great bonding time and sleep very well. We requested down comforters and really loved the treat. The temps outside were in the low 30's and the room and comforter felt great after walking on the Riverwalk in those temps.
