  Every one there was extremely nice and helpful. The beds were super comfortable and clean.perfect location when going any where,like places to eat, shopping, sight seeing, all close enough and not too far. Also my room (880) was next to a suite of an old time favorite actor John Wayne. A lot of famous people stayed there. The hotel was stunning and we got a very great price for a king room. the location was perfect. It was only 3 blocks from the Riverwalk so my wife and I were able to go out to a nice dinner and some drinks without having to worry about getting back.

  I've stayed at many highly rated hotels in San Antonio, and Mokara is unquestionably at the top of my list. It starts with superior service - over the top attention to detail. We were walked to the elevator during check-in by a member of the desk staff, and later - accompanied by a doorman down to the riverwalk level of the hotel as he provided us... cosa dice la gente » with food and drink suggestions. It wasn't pushy or uncomfortable service - just enough to make you feel welcome. Our room was spectacular - really w - Loved the personal touch and attention to detail when it came to staff service. The location is perfect on the River Walk, and the breakfast in the hotel restaurant was great. Rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing, and the spa employees were fun and engaging.
