Excellent staff that seemed to be genuinely interested in making my stay as pleasant as possible.
Although still going through a renovation phase, the Lancaster is a well appointed historic hotel with excellent access to Houston's theatre district and good quality restaurants.

The hotel was gorgeous and the staff very helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was a full buffet rather than a continental breakfast. The complimentary shuttle service was fast and the drivers very courteous and helpful. There was a free wine hour in the evening and room service was prompt. This was the very best experience I've ever had at a hotel!

My daughter and I went to McAllen for a wedding, so we were not in the hotel much. However I enjoyed the amenities, the breakfast, pool, and hot tub. this was a very enjoyable stay. -

I met a friend for a week away and we both loved the hotel and its staff. We especially liked the shuttle service for airport and local transport to dining spots and the access to down town and the area via the highways that were very close. Everything. I needed a place to stay near the airport, where as a solo
woman traveling I felt safe and comfortable. This hotel was perfect.
I accidentally left my cell phone in the lobby of the hotel when I left. I called the hotel from the airport and the front desk supervisor drove my phone and charger to me!! Such service and friendliness!!

I loved my stay here. The service was excellent, room service was
awesome. Order the pizza, I brought home leftovers. My hubby said he
would stay there just for that reason. Also, it's right next door to
Grapevine Mills and Bass Pro Outdoor World. Great room! -
