The staff were great! After they couldn't find our letsbookhotel.com
booking in their system they were kind enough to give us an upgrade for
the delay in our check-in. The room was clean & comfortable &
the breakfast was nice. Short drive into the cbd but we had a car so it
wasn't a problem for us. -

Everything... The staff, and management, went out of their way to ensure that their guests were comfortable and their every need was taken care of. Kids loved the pool. We liked the location of the hotel to everything
within a 3 mile radius. The hotel had golf carts take us to Cowboy
Stadium which was really nice. -
Wonderful place and great staff. Very clean and well worth the price. Will stay again on next trip.

The room was fairly nice. Would have liked a better view, however when you wait until the last minute on a holiday weekend you have no right to complain.

We were able to make reservations on-line, when our shower didn't
drain fast enough, the staff was very good about correcting the problem
so that we could stay in our corner room. My daughter loved the milk and
cookies and the weather cooperated, so that we were not inconvienced to
be at a separate building from our conference. Location to the west end
was convenient and desk staff, housekeeping and the man that fixed our
drain were are very accomodating.

10th floor and they gave us a room on the 19th floor. Beautiful river
city views at night. Close to tourism sites Construction going on at
