The room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The muffins, fruit, juice and coffee in the morning were delicious. The pool and hot tub was relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating---they were able to suggest a way to get to downtown without taking our van even though the commuter rail was not running. -

The general "feel" and ambience is terrific. Using the Park
& Fly deal, the parking while away on a trip is free, if less than
two weeks. We love this boutique hotel, and will return again - just not
on an expensive holiday weekend! -

beautiful clean rooms in a lovely part of town just a few blocks from the river.. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot, varied, and plentiful. The 11th floor lounge has a terrific view of the city. -

The staff was very friendly and welcoming despite our late evening arival. The room was very clean and the furnishing gave were excellent. The bathroom was clean and modern. We felt very comfortable there with our two small children. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will stay there again! -

The young man at the desk was so polite and was so helpful.
The room was very clean & comfortable, no smoking room was exactly that no smoke oder.
The early breakfast 4:30 am was perfect for our early flight

... cosa dice la gente » ndly and efficient. Couldn't have asked for better. I also liked the 24 hour airport shuttle. It was a plus that breakfast started at 4:30 a.m. I had an early flight, and was able to get a cup of cofee before I left.

I like the look and the warmth of the facility. Very clean, didn't appear to crowded with guests. I interacted with several shuttle drivers who were all pleasant and very accomodating. I especially liked the customer service that I was giving by Andrea. She had the right personality and made me feel very welcomed every time I walked pass the fron

room layout was nice and roomie. Customer service was spot on I came in late and the service was good even for the middle of the night. The moning shift was just as great. I travel there everyother weekend and I will stay here.
