  The quiet room. The comfortable bed. The cleanliness of our room and the inn. The comfort of the bed and the temperature of the room.   I like the look and the warmth of the facility. Very clean, didn't appear to crowded with guests. I interacted with several shuttle drivers who were all pleasant and very accomodating.
