  The hotel was beautiful. Our room was massive. The beds were so comfortable. I love design and color and the rooms were well put together. Fridge in the room, very handy. The staff was more than welcoming. My favourite part was the private beach area. Gorgeous pools, beaches and extremely clean. I am so happy to have stayed there. The bartenders and folks at the front desk were especially accommodating.

  The service. We were a family of 8, with our 10 month old grandchild...the staff worked hard to make sure that our stay was comfortable. We had a regular room, a junior suite, and two king suites. Unfortunately, the air conditioning went out in both king suites. Thanks to Judy, the manager we dealt with, and Michelle fo - We booked this as a pre-cruise hotel stay in Old San Juan so we could be close to the action. We were NOT disappointed! Upon arrival and checking in we were informed that we had been given an upgrade. No idea how that happened, but it was wonderful! It was to the Presidential Suite on the 6th floor and it was simply outstanding! It was such a nice room that we decided not to venture out and explore, but instead stayed in and enjoyed all the in-room amenities. When we decided to venture out
