My father and I shared a standard queen room overnight while visiting
nyc to see a concert. I was amazed that the concierge desk is open and
available 24-7 - we ended up checking into our room at around 10:45 pm
and the staff was still very happy to greet us. Each staff member
expressed their wonderful personality and kindness in every interaction,
and were 100% accommodating. The decor of common spaces as well as that
of our room was chic yet comfortable; we enjoyed the entire experience.

The fact that the hotel was so small made it so you saw the same front
of house staff everyday. It made everything feel very familiar and
comfortable. The concierge was a great help in choosing a show and
getting us great seats at the very last minute. The front desk was
accommodating when we asked to change rooms as well. The room, although
small, felt very comfortable and not too crowded.

We were sent to a room initially that had been cleaned but then it looked like someone had come afterwards to shower and dress (used razor in shower, empty perfume bottle, towel and robe used, etc.) The staff was very apologetic, sent us to a better room and sent up a bottle of red wine. The room was well appointed, and met our needs adequately. A weekend away to cross border shop, and a short drive down to East Aurora. Bob Evans &Cracker Barrel nearby is a bonus. The beds were comfortable, and the quietness, being located close to the Thruway was much appreciated. We had concerns the hum of the road might have been an annoyance, but this was not a problem. We would definitely return to this location. Especially if the good rates are available.

The room was very large, clean, and was at a good temperature. The heating/air was easy to adjust. The receptionists at the front desk were extremely friendly and accommodating. Also, when there was a problem with the lamp in our room, maintenance people went up and fixed the lamp immediately. The continental breakfast was very good and free. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel. It was well worth our money and we would recommend it to anyone.

We arrived at the hotel about 3 hours before check-in to drop off our

We stayed at Four Points for 4 nights, once we landed in Newark Airport we caught the bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal (Newark Airport Express Bus), the price was $28 each return, or $16 each way. The staff was amazing especially Kathia and Mohammed. Kathia was the
young lady that checked us in and she was very helpful as well as kind
and considerate. Mohammed was one of the gentlemen in the lobby. He
stored our luggage so we could go ahead and go site-seeing while we
waited on our room. When the room was ready Kathia was very quick to
finish the paperwork and get us checked in. Instead of waiting for our
luggage, Mohammed told us to go on up to the room and he would bring it
up for us.
