Nice and spacious room with everything you need.
. Bathroom was big and clean and had a nice vintage look. The whole building is just fantastic. It's got a special feel, hard to describe. You have to see for yourself.

My room was in the Victorian Row house which was a few blocks up from the main location. I liked how insanely comfy the beds were. After a long flight and arriving late, its all you want and more than exceeded my expectations. Also liked that there was a kitchen that I could use so I could have a cup of tea when I got in from traipsing the streets all day. Good location regarding metro to Atlantic center and Manhattan. If you are looking for a quiet place this is it. Zenobia is a very friendly person who makes you feel at home and is very helpful. I highly recommend this place and would definitely consider staying there again.

the setting of the Inn is lovely; it feels like it's in its own valley. Our room had a large private balcony we enjoyed. The furnishings were high quality and the room was large. Staff was pleasant. -

I loved the seclusion of the location. It was truly a "walk in the woods" and great place to explore on the bicycles that were provided. The breakfasts were plentiful and beautifully presented with fine china. It was the highlight of my day to enjoy a leisurely morning on the veranda. Flo was a very accommodating hostess! -

Frankie at the front desk was wonderful. The location was very close to the 8th avenue subway station which was a nice line to ride and see the city. The breakfast was delicious and the other guests were friendly. The water pressure in the shower was good (a plus for me). The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job cleaning the room daily. Very quiet during our stay both from other rooms and from the outside. There is a grocery store on 8th ave between 22nd and 21st (2 minute walk).

This B&B is beautiful! We loved that each morning the chef would make four gourmet breakfast options made with fresh vegetables, fruit, and herbs from their garden... and that was in addition to the wonderful continental buffet. The owners and staff could not have been more friendly. We will definitely be coming back! -

Very friendly service and offered very good suggestions on things to do in the area. The food was wonderful, the atmosphere was very warm and inviting, and the rooms were comfortable and homey. It was set on a beautiful piece of property with a picturesque view of the mountains from the room. -

I received a very warm and friendly welcome from Ana in the Chelsea
Pines Inn, and all the staff there were charming and lovely throughout
my short stay. The location of this Inn is excellent - a few steps away
from an underground station, Chelsea Market and the High Line. Small
touches like complimentary water and printing facilities makes Chelsea
Pines Inn compare favourably to more upscale places I stayed in ny
(where they were charging $8 for a small bottle of water!).

Rooms, building and neighborhood were beautiful. Innkeeper friendly and
very knowledgeable about nyc. Staff went out of their way to help us
out. All of this, and it was a better value than the hotels we could
find in the area. Just be aware that nyc requires walking, and the
subway was a few blocks away. And of course nyc is more expensive than
most cities.
