  Absolutely superb experience at this motel- it is family run and operated and the family really wants to make their customers happy. Not only do they offer free shuttle to and from the falls (saving $20 to $40 on parking per trip....seriously...it's $15 frigging dollars to park at the falls!!) but every experience that we had with them- from the f... cosa dice la gente » ree continental breakfast to the recommendations on things to do around town were 4 star worthy!! I almost never write reviews like this- but in this - Good value for dollar considering it was Niagara Falls - surprisingly expensive all things considered. Hotel stating they offered breakfast is a joke - seriously, don't even mention it - it is more truthful. That said, extremely convenient location to Falls. Room was acceptably clean with hot water and basic bathroom amenities. Bed was good. Relatively quiet. All in all, a decent hotel with convenient parking.

  Quiet, clean, well maintained place, with all the necessities provided - fridge, TV, wireless internet, hot shower, even porch, if one would like to socialize with the neighbors.   The view and room cleanliness. The morning coffee offered was delicious. The pool was clean and fun. WiFi was easily accessible without interruption. - Room as clean and decent, smelled fresh and was made up every day. Good view of th lake and walking distance to the village.

  The people at the front counter were very nice. This is the second time I had the waitress named Hope as a server and she was as pleasant as always!!!! - Clean, comfortable, air conditioning worked well, plenty of hot water for shower, quite, had refrigerator, pet friendly, cannot beat the rate.

  Available due to event-German Alps Festival at Hunter,NY Motel is next to ny Truway - I enjoyed the fact that the hotel was less than 100 yards away from the bar, pool table, and diner.

  This is the second time I've stayed at Kenny's after stumbling upon it accidentally last year. We had such a great time I knew I was going to stay there this year and I'm sure every other year I go to Montauk. The rooms are clean and spacious - bonus points this year because we had a balcony and jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Everyone is super nice and helpful and morning c - the motel is clean, cozy and light, we loved the fresh new bedding and comfortable beds and look forward to the next round of upgrades and renovations. this is a great location and the staff (especially Anya!) is warm and wonderful. we enjoyed our stay very much.

  Our room was large and very comfortable. Beds were very nice. Our room had a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. The hotel is also walking distance to several very nice grocery stores and restaurants. There is a Barnes and Noble that sits directly in front of the hotel. It was very cozy, as me and t lady just want to find somewhere inexpensive and clean. There was a nice eatery attached to the hotel but we already had plans of eating somewhere else. I will most definitely stay there again.

  The Carriage House sets across the street from the Econo Lodge where we stayed 20 years ago. The cost of the rooms was cheaper. It was clean and all you have to do is walk across the road to the econo lodge to use their indoor pool or hot tub. The staff at the econo lodge are very friendly and helpful. Everyone else was across the street at the Econo Lodge, which was actually nice since we didn't have anyone walking around or being loud.
