  I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision.   This was my second stay and I was not disappointed. Needs were taken care of and the night manager(I think he was) was really helpful. All staff were not only helpful but pleasant. Our positive feeling about our stay is that we reserved for next year. Would highly recommend this hotel. - We loved area.   Waiter in lounge named Jim - was excellent - he waited on us for lunch and later for drinks. Totally professional and made us feel welcome and comfortable and still provided excellent service. We also like the live music, which is why we chose to stay here for the 2nd time. Food quality was also excellent. There is a bar in the main lobby area with super friendly service and amazing food. I highly recommend this for business and pleasure.
