Beautiful grounds and a setting with an ambience of the old Hawaii. The restaurant is excellent. We have been to Maui many times but had not been to Hana. It was all the little extras that Travaasa did that sold me! The sandalwood soap, the quality of shampoo and rinse, the soap dish and toothbrush holder. The staff were exemplary!Always going out of their way to insure we had the best care possible!

Loved the adult infinity pool and that our room was a few feet away. We had an awesome oceanfront room that was very close to the pool. The pool side staff was very friendly and service was excellent. Front desk was freindly and helpful. Maid service was good too. -

Variety of pools suited all ages. Children of all ages were well catered for and hence adults were able to enjoy the location and amenities and relax, I especially loved my visits to the adults only pool. Our room was fantastic, the beds exceptionally comfortable. The beach was beautiful and I loved having breakfast in the Grand dining room. -

This was our first trip to Maui from Canada and I booked our stay at the
Courtyard because I knew we would be tired after travelling for so many
hours. As it was our flights were delayed and we were so thankful the
hotel was only a minute drive from the airport. The staff was excellent

The staff were very helpful with their suggestions on where to go for
dinner, etc. I also liked that Starbucks Coffee was on site. Other hotel
coffees tend to miss the mark. This is so important when you wake up and
need to get your day started! I also loved the onsite laundry facilities
- it helps keep clothes fresh since we go through many clothes with the
heat and humidity.

This is Hawaii's Hawaiian Hotel. We had a room on the main floor, garden view, room 178 (smoking outside). It didn't face the large area of the garden, but it did have a small garden outside our room. We enjoyed it more because it was secluded. You could see the ocean through the trees. L'albergo e' molto bello - The pool and location were amazing. We lounged around the pool almost every day and enjoyed the friendly service of the waitress that passed by.
