We exited the taxi and were welcomed to the Four Seasons with a lei, which we expected. A porter took us to the check-in desk at 11:00 A.M. where only one girl was working. The check-in girl snapped at the porter stating she was already serving someone. Dave came on the scene and checked us in and walked us to the elevator answering all our quest

The staff were very welcoming from when we first arrived. Throughout our stay we were recognized and equipt for with no trouble. All staff were brilliant at remembering our names which was very impressive. Everyone had their role to maximize the fine detail around the hotel, the design was beautiful and the lay out was very nice. Rooms were spacious and homely. I would definatly recommend this hotel.

Everything! The rooms, grounds, facilities and staff were all absolutely delightful. The hotel is smaller and more secluded than many of the resorts in Wailea but offers a free shuttle to town and great beach activities. The restaurant serves food to die for, with friendly staff, and the BBC cocktail from the pool bar is delicious! -

A lovely coffee bar in the morning. Water bottles, towels and shuttle service to the beach were a nice touch. We will definitely return!

Excellent location and the suites were very nice. A spectacular
breakfast spread every morning which was delicious. Neither of the main
restaurants impressed me much and we actually ate at the Four Seasons
(Duo and Ferraro's) twice each. Also ate local food elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing. Everyone treated us like we were the only guests. The check in, bellboy introduction and resort services all made the fairmont an experience to remember. I wish I could have stayed longer. Everything around the grounds were immaculate. The rooms are huge,clean and very well appointed. It definitely felt like paradise. Restaurants were great. Service at Ko was exceptional. There were so many loungers and plenty of grounds and pool space that you never felt crowded anywhere.

Location of the Hotel at a sandy beach where you can snorkel was a great plus for us. The room had a good layout with a very comfortable sized balcony with nice table and chairs to relax and or have breakfast in the morning. Room was very clean with all amenities. Staff at the Restaurant friendly and fun to talk too.

The small touches like water bottles and net beach bags when you check in. The lovely lounge where you can relax befpre or after you check in or out. The lunch poolside in its own bent box. Very clever touches in the room decor and excellent wifi. Great free shuttle service to restaurants. -

The location is great, having the Whalers village right next door was so convenient with lots of places to eat out.
The beach was lovely, very clean and long enough to walk daily to keep the holiday kilo's down.
We loved our unit, it was spacious and comfortable, it overlooked the village and had a great sea view.

Everything about this place is excellent except the pool which is far too small for the amount of guests there are. However as its right on the beach, the ocean and local sea turtles make up for it. The beach is spacious and not crowded. Room is modern, with everything you need. We loved out stay here.

The Noelani was wonderful! We stayed in a studio suite that was nicely appointed. Our unit was on the second floor with a panoramic view of the ocean and the island of Molokai overlooking two beautiful swimming pools. The turtles were seen everyday nearvthe rocky shoreline. We enjoyed the soft music that played each day and the gorgeous sunsets from our lanai.

It was all the little extras that Travaasa did that sold me! The sandalwood soap, the quality of shampoo and rinse, the soap dish and toothbrush holder. The staff were exemplary!Always going out of their way to insure we had the best care possible!
