I love the hospitality room they allowed us to use after we had to check early and could not catch a plane until night so after Whale watching we could take a bath before traveling. Also the kindness of the staff. -

The view of Molokini Crater, Kahoolawe, and Kameole Two was unparalleled. The morning snorkling off the rocks in front of Hale Pau Hana afforded a great variety of fishes and many green sea turtles. Our unit was superb and the other guests and staff were friendly.

This is Hawaii's Hawaiian Hotel. We had a room on the main floor, garden view, room 178 (smoking outside). It is the best location for view. You have the sound of the ocean, and a view that doesn't compare. The one bedroom condo we had was upgraded, very clean, fully equipped and comfortable in every way. what an amazing hotel/apartment! we stayed here early october 2013, and were instantly blown away. we had an amazing view of wailea beach, which was only a 10 minute walk from the village. although there isn't a shopping centre as such, there is a small complex filled with designer label boutiques also a 10 minute walk from the village. i suggest

The rooms were very clean, nicely decorated and bed was comfortable. Location was great, we didn't realize how close the Inn was to the road to Hana, this was a great plus. Sandy was a great host and it was nice to meet other travellers staying at the Inn. Side note - unlike most hotels it was very very dark and quiet at night, this made for a restful night's sleep!
