The Staff was delightful. The young lady who checked us in was helpful
and sweet, it seemed that she liked her job ! We went directly to our

I particularly like the check-in service staff,Juliana who made my family and I felt welcomed. Her warm and friendly personality, clear explanation about what to do to prepare us for our early morning visit to The Wizarding of Harry Potter, the printing of ID passes.
The express check-out service was brilliant!

The hotel is beautiful. Very clean & room was lovely. Would definitely stay here again. Great that you have fast pass for universal parks, although you do pay more for staying at one of the on site hotels I think it's definitely worth it! -

The proximity to the college my son is attending. The rooms were very

On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a larger room with a refrigerator. When we got to the room we discovered there were no lights installed. We called Reception and they sent someone up. He said the room should not have been used and offered to move us but we asked him just to bring some portable lights as we had already unpacked.

Location to Convention Center was great because you could avoid traffic on International Drive. Rooms were clean and quiet. Pool and pool bar were exceptional and staff at the pool bar were friendly and great to talk to.

I loved the condo lots of space 3 full baths was a nice surprise. It looks just like the pictures on line. The Jacuzzi was a nice way to relax after walking around the parks all day. Everything you needed was in the condo. Home away from home. the beds were extremely comfortable. Close to Disney, shopping, carnival and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Condominium was clean and beautiful. Plenty of space for cooking, sleeping relaxing. Everything a vacationer would want including, free parking, laundry facilities, wifi, pool, gym, nearby shopping, all in a gated community. Convenient to all of Orlando. My family loved it! -

One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, staff was extremely friendly and very efficient, rooms were spotless, comfortable and well decorated. We had a fabulous nights rest in the super comfy beds. The pool area is spectacular and very family friendly. And the ducks were so fun and memorable. I originally booked a standard room. Front desk upgraded me to a tower
room for the same price I would of paid to get a microwave in the room.
