The Staff was delightful. The young lady who checked us in was helpful
and sweet, it seemed that she liked her job ! We went directly to our
room (which was ready an hour before check -in dictates and we were
dying for coffee. There were some cleaning carts in the hall and I asked

I particularly like the check-in service staff,Juliana who made my family and I felt welcomed. Her warm and friendly personality, clear explanation about what to do to prepare us for our early morning visit to The Wizarding of Harry Potter, the printing of ID passes.
The express check-out service was brilliant!

The hotel is beautiful. Very clean & room was lovely. Would definitely stay here again. Great that you have fast pass for universal parks, although you do pay more for staying at one of the on site hotels I think it's definitely worth it! -

The suites in this hotel are fantastic with plenty of space. The beds are huge and very comfortable. There are complimentary drinks every evening for residences in the Bar.They have a shuttle bus to take you anywhere within a 3 mile radius. I would stay at this hotel again -

On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a larger room with a refrigerator. When we got to the room we discovered there were no lights installed. We called Reception and they sent someone up. He said the room should not have been used and offered to move us but we asked him just to bring some portable lights as we had already unpacked.

Location to Convention Center was great because you could avoid traffic on International Drive. Rooms were clean and quiet. Pool and pool bar were exceptional and staff at the pool bar were friendly and great to talk to.

I loved the condo lots of space 3 full baths was a nice surprise. It looks just like the pictures on line. The Jacuzzi was a nice way to relax after walking around the parks all day. Everything you needed was in the condo. Home away from home. the beds were extremely comfortable. Close to Disney, shopping, carnival and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Every thing, we mainly use this hotel to catch early flight. The service was very accomodating since we had several small children with our party. Even provided a crib for the 2 year old. In our case, we were going on a Disney Cruise, and it was the perfect solution, as the transport to the port is located in the airport as well. Disney picks up the suitcases directly in the room, which is very convenient.

One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, staff was extremely friendly and very efficient, rooms were spotless, comfortable and well decorated. We had a fabulous nights rest in the super comfy beds. The pool area is spectacular and very family friendly. And the ducks were so fun and memorable. I have seen this hotel from road for years when driving by on the way to

We were positively surprised about our stay. Warm and frendly staff, affordable price with breakfast included and a pool area which was great with small children. I can warmly recommend this to anyone who plans to visit Disney World or other parks. Over exceeded our expectations!

Breakfast was great. Heated pool and two jacuzzis. Perfect for a family
trip with an arcade and gym. Room was spacious and comfortable. Multiple

I was impressed by this hotel the minute I walked in the door. Right
after we checked in, the bartender greeted us very warmly (the bar is in
the lobby) and was genuinely wonderful during our whole stay (her name
is Paula and she made delicious smoothies for my daughter!). The rooms

Room was quiet and spacious. They have a small bar/cafe with a
limited menu, a restaurant (we didn't try) and a small snack shop. I
was pleasantly surprised that my coke, ice cream sandwich and chips
amounted to $6. I expected it to cost double that. Staff was friendly
and helpful, with the exception of the safe (see my didn't likes).
Overall a very good hotel.

Swift and early check in with personable staff. This enhanced our enjoyment as did not have to wait until specified check in time. Hotel very clean and had a luxury feel to it with an ideal location to Disney marketplace. Room extremely clean, beds excellent and no noise whatsoever. Hotel is on Disney property and is geared towards people who want to experience the Disney parks and not stay in one of their resorts.
It was very family friendly, right combination of restaurants, shops, swimming pool and friendly environment. Location was amazing since it was across the street from Downtown Disney.

It was a very nice hotel and the staff made you feel at ease. The shopi ng mall was fantastic. - I arrived late and was famished. The room service staff were courteous and eager to meet my needs. The meal was well presented and very palate-pleasing.
