  As soon as we walked through the front door, I was impressed, and the staff was absolutely above and beyond in terms of courteousness, helpfulness, and all around dedicated to customer service.   I got a fantastic price when I made the reservation. I needed to be near the airport and there was a complimentary shuttle available to airport and bonus...to mall of America. There was a problem with gettint the agreed rate and It took call to letsbookhotel.com to straighten it out.   I loved the smiles everytime I would see your staff in the halls or at the front desk. When you are traveling, it is great to see friendly smiles or people who take the time to say hello or chat with you. The first night I arrived, I had a long chat with Anastasyia.
