As soon as we walked through the front door, I was impressed, and the staff was absolutely above and beyond in terms of courteousness, helpfulness, and all around dedicated to customer service. The entire place was clean and welcoming. The furnishings were modern and nice. A great assortment for breakfast. Loved the free Wi-fi!!! Also enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the fitness room. The location was very convenient to all that Minneapolis/St. Paul has to offer.

Traffic wasn't too busy; close to MOA which is why we chose to stay here. Stayed one night--very comfortable. Staff very accommondating--set us up to ride their shuttle van to and from MOA even though we signed out of our room; previous evening person ensured she communicated to next day staff regarding the van--no worries! The clerk at the desk when we got there was not helpful at all and
almost rude. They hadn't received notice of our booking from
letsbookhotel.com and I didn't have confirmation sheet with me. Clerk was
not helpful at all and didn't seem to care about getting it
straightened out.

I was impressed with how lage the room was for the price. It was bigger
than some apartments i've lived in. Having a full featured kitchen
and 3 tv's was nice too. Just a few minutes drive from Mall of
America. Lots of food options within 10 minutes drive and free breakfast
was of decent quality. -

I loved the smiles everytime I would see your staff in the halls or at
the front desk. When you are traveling, it is great to see friendly
smiles or people who take the time to say hello or chat with you. The
first night I arrived, I had a long chat with Anastasyia. There was no
one else around and we started to chat and I felt I met a new friend.

The room was very clean and I loved how pretty the bathroom towels looked with the 'fans'. Just something so simple, but made me 'ooh' and 'aah'. Als -
Our room partially faced I-35 and we could not hear the traffic at all. The room was so comfortable and relaxing and the rate was outstanding. We have no negative comments at all.
