  The facility needs much updating. It has a great concept and wonderful staff..but the rooms need more than patch repairs to raise its stsndard. didn't use the pool but there were many who did and it was lovely. AND she had to oversee the breakfast bar. - I usually try to stay at Red Roof Inn when I'm in Lubbock on business. The staff is great they go above and beyond your needs. There maybe needs some updating but as far as comfortable you can't beat it. Nice place to stay

  Very clean rooms. Kitchenette was basic but properly working. Big spacious fridge. Good location. - i was in a triathlon at buffalo springs lake. the hotel was almost a straight shot out there
