Everything the place was perfect..the owners were the most genuine people I've met in the industry on my visit so far around the states..they were so helpful you honestly couldn't ask for more.. nice quiet surroundings felt like I was at home!.... no seriously guys in 46 and thus hostel was for everyone ..facilities were great and shopping center

bleak station, explained the house very well, were really friendly

I was happily surprised to find that our room had a fridge/freezer as well as a microwave. I don't believe this was advertised on the website and would be a great addition. The location to the falls was also great and the manager was very friendly. - the hot tub, and it was quite ok to stay in there....

We booked in to the Roadeway Inn for 2 nights to see the falls. We were moved to the Quality Inn while the motel was being renovated. The Quality Inn had a great bar and restaurant called The Legends Bar and Grill which had great food and atmosphere on a cold Friday evening. The falls were awesome and would recommend the Quality Inn for a hotel in Niagara Falls.

I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision. They gentleman behind the desk tried to put us as far from them as possible. -

I loved the design of the rooms, the casino was amazing and very well
put together, even with the renovation going on It didnt change a thing.
The staff at the front desk were extremely nice and took very good care
of my friends and I. There was a slight mix up of rooms but they had it
settled and changed our rooms in no time and everything went smoothly. I
will defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in New York!

Location. It had everything you need for a fun vacation... indoor pool, hot tub, sports bar, pool table and darts, and gift shop. The restaurant food was wonderful with our meals overflowing the plates. The room was updated and clean, and the best was the friendly staff. Very honest. They deducted the cost of 1 night's stay from our bill
(although we did not ask them for a refund), and moved us to another
room due to an electric socket issue. Staff on desk extremely helpful.
Hotel only a 5 minute walk away from falls. Bedding, pillows and towels
all beautiful.
