How close the Inn was to the Rapids and how we were able to walk around
the usa side of the Falls and the Park. Everyone we met were helpful and
friendly. The Coventry room was beautiful and so comfortably. Thanks to
the Inn for upgrading us with no problem. Making reservations on the
internet does not always show exactly what you are looking for. The
Staff, especially Jeffrey who greeted us upon arrival was friendly and
so helpful. He helped us with our luggage and showed us around our room.

Location. It had everything you need for a fun vacation... indoor pool, hot tub, sports bar, pool table and darts, and gift shop. The restaurant food was wonderful with our meals overflowing the plates. The room was updated and clean, and the best was the friendly staff. extraordinarily luxurious experience.
It's even got them there fancy robes y'all wear when's you git outta the showerin' closet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the The Giacomo over the July 4th holiday weekend! The staff and residents of the hotel were all very friendly.We arrived early for check-in and our luggage and car was promptly taken care of until our room was ready. We were given a great recommendation for lunch at a local cafe, Murphy's on Third which was within walking distance.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was super-close to the park, meaning we saved a ton on parking fees. Although there was a disclaimer about the WiFi, we had fast, consistent WiFi in our 2nd floor room the whole time. The price was right, too! -

I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision. They gentleman behind the desk tried to put us as far from them as possible. -

What a gem of a place among the modern monstrisites of Niagara. The owner and host Debbie is lovely and has done an amazing job of renovating this beautiful old house. Her breakfasts are simply amazing with everything homemade. Location is great with just a 5 min walk

Debbie, our hostess, was extremely warm, engaging and ran a top-notch, client-specific Bed and Breakfast. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well represented. Our breakfast was as beautiful as it was delicious, served fresh from the griddle--heavenly!
I would highly recommend this establishment. We intend on visiting again soon.

I loved the design of the rooms, the casino was amazing and very well
put together, even with the renovation going on It didnt change a thing.
The staff at the front desk were extremely nice and took very good care
of my friends and I. There was a slight mix up of rooms but they had it
settled and changed our rooms in no time and everything went smoothly. I
will defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in New York!

We booked in to the Roadeway Inn for 2 nights to see the falls. We were moved to the Quality Inn while the motel was being renovated. The Quality Inn had a great bar and restaurant called The Legends Bar and Grill which had great food and atmosphere on a cold Friday evening. The falls were awesome and would recommend the Quality Inn for a hotel in Niagara Falls.
