Everything!!! The hotel had a great location, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, great value for money (compared to the other hotels we used on our 5 week holiday in the US) and the room was well set-out, clean and very comfortable. I didn't what to leave.....this hotel is a 10 out of 10. Keep up the great work.... -

... cosa dice la gente » valet greeted us on the street my wife and I felt we had the full attention of the efficient and friendly staff. The room was clean, nicely decorated and pretty much perfect. We were able to walk to dinner and home from the theater, and in the morning took a stroll by the White House. Awesome!

Great experience start to finish. The online concierge was very
responsive. Not only arranged for early check-in, texted to tell us the
room was ready. Apartment was spotless. Granite & stainless kitchen.
Free wifi. Building was beautiful -- be sure to check the view from the
rooftop deck. All for the same price (or less!) than a hotel. Dozens

good restaurants, 1/4 mile from the White House. We are recommending

The one bedroom suite we had was well appointed, appealing and
comfortable. The price was reasonable and the location was wonderfully
close to the attractions we wanted to see. The rooftop courtyard was a
nice bonus - we could see a number of recognizable memorials /
attractions from it. The parking took a couple fo turns around the block
before I identified it, but the parking staff were excellent. Also, the
parking price was one of the best for the accomodations I considered.

As a mature couple we found the Hotel to meet all of our needs.
The staff were friendly, the room was large with two double beds, comfortable and clean. We had room 410 right outside the lift but with one exception it wasn't noisy.

Flexiblity of the staff to accomodate our immediate needs. For instance,
while checking in we immediately needed access to our vehicle that had
already left to be parked. Despite a busy time for the hotel, they
retrieved our vehicle. Later, we needed to leave the hotel quickly due
to an emergency situation at home in Michigan, the staff checked us out,
and stored our bags enabling us to complete some necessary phone calls
and then immediately start our trip home. The front desk staff, and

Our experience exceeded our expectations. We thought all of your staff
were very well trained to be friendly to guests. We were there for a
marathon and didn't have dressy clothing and when we had friends
join us in the bar area one evening, we were somewhat underdressed, but

We thoiught the staff were - to a person - friendly, helpful, charming and really seemed to go out of their way to help us. The kids loved the St. Regis bags they received. There was a slight problem with our booking which was sorted out in a timely and efficient manner - everyone - from the concierge staff to the reception people were friendly and charming! Well done to all of them! WE will DEFINITELY be back!

location (a bit closer to White House would mean sleeping in a tent on their lawn :) ), when staying on Executive level you have access to the Executive Lounge - basic drinks and fresh fruit during the day - very convinient because you don't have to be just in the room when in a hotel, staff very kind and trying to help -

It's about 3 blocks away from the Metro which made it very easy getting to all tourist attractions. It was great to have a kitchen with us. I didn't find a supermarket close by, by CVS next door had many choices for us to make sandwiches to bring with us to our tours.

Everything, the staff were always pleasant everywhere, check in, valet parking, breakfast attendants and room cleaning, always lovely.The location was perfect too. We had a room with a kitchenette and this was a nice roomy area to spread out in. We will definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to get back to DC!

I had just finished staying at another popular hotel and the Westin was less expensive through LetsBookHotel.com and was very, very nice - The comfort of the room and extra touches during the inauguration.

The building itself is magnificent - harks back to a more refined time. We were a group of 5 "mature" college girlfriends, having our every-other-year reunion. The location was great, being within walking distance to the White House and many other sites, and 1 block away from the Metro. The breakfast buffet (not included) was beyond plentiful with

It was a day layover for 25th wedding ani /50th birthday
en route to Hawaii. Given room upgrade not quite a suite but corner room views both ways. Biggest chocolate strawberrys/and cake and cream ive ever seen as a special gesture and free. staff and conciege extra polite and helpful.As previous comments this is a luxury standard by which all others should be judged the besr hotel we have stayed in and weve stayed in some top ones. the hotel is steeped in history take the trouble to enquire????

Great location! Very well insulated room, very quiet and clean. Very good bed. Upon arrival we asked the young lady at the desk for a nice bistro around, and she referred us to a very special place close to the hotel where we really enjoyed organic food and the most pleasant ambiance for a couple of meals. She took the time with the nicest smile.

Assolutamente consigliato, nel centro della città a due passi da tutto. Staff ottimo, se sai essere riconoscente sanno come allietare il tuo soggiorno. Una piccola tip e valsa una camera molto piu grande con salottino separato, mini suite. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e ristorante molto interessante adiacente. - Breakfast was excellent - We liked

instead of letting me take a map from tourist display the desk clerk gave me a better on and circled hotel.
this became my tour guied and without his help my trip would not have been so good.

They facilitated in delivery of oxygen unit and had it waiting upon checkin which was a great comfort.
