Excellent location for Boston and Cambridge, easy short commute to both using the T, which stops 50 metres away. All of MIT campus in close walking distance. The Kendall has a welcoming and helpful staff. They loaned us an
umbrella when it was raining/sleeting which we truly appreciated.
Our room was handicap accessible and the bathroom/room were very
clean and spacious. This hotel has a cozy, warm, Americana style decor
with some very nice pieces of furniture and decorations that add to the
charm. Breakfast was hearty and very good. We stayed two nights
separated by a couple of days and had a lovely welcome back basket of
goodies in our room when w

Eating facilities just right. Comfortable lounge area. Clean, modern and relaxed atmosphere. Helpful staff who responded sympathetically when my daughter was unwell and the manager offered her a room at a competitive price which made a big difference to her welfare. -
