Although still going through a renovation phase, the Lancaster is a well appointed historic hotel with excellent access to Houston's theatre district and good quality restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was a full buffet rather than a continental breakfast. The complimentary shuttle service was fast and the drivers very courteous and helpful. We were comfortable, and the place was extremely quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay there again.
