  Almost everything. Very quiet. Nice bath products. Clean and well maintained. Meals were very good. Breakfast and dinner. Restaurant staff worked very hard to provide good service. Spa and pool area were very very nice. Shuttle bus is an excellent service to nearby attractions, restaurants etc. - The Bell Captain & his staff were invaluable ... cosa dice la gente » & was proactive in guiding us where we wanted to go & options that were not readily apparent. Their shuttle service is a very positive courtesy for guests.

  My stay at this hotel was a great experience.The staff was very helpful and professional.I was upgraded to a suite that the the size of an apartment,very spacious.It was exactly what I was lookin for.The location was phenomenal I was in the middle of downtown and the galleria area,that was great.I was very happy with my choice . - Friendly helpfu... cosa dice la gente » l staff , well run hotel , excellent location with courtesy bus to Galleria and medical centre .
