  The suite was absolutely fantastic. We felt like celebrities, and we could find no faults with accommodations, views and the staff were very helpful and bent over backwards to assist with any issue. Housekeeping placed candy on the bed each day and inquired of any additional supplies. This was our little get a way for our 47th anniversary and i... cosa dice la gente » t couldn't have be any more romantic from our relaxing on the beach below our suite to poolside to utilizing the shuttle to visit downtown. - Upon arrival at the Marriot we were upgraded from a Standard King to the Presidential Suite which was totally unexpected! The room was stunning, much more than we could ever ask for and we absolutely loved staying in that room. The fact the resort is outside the town centre wasn't an issue for us although the bus only goes once an hour so it wasn't very convieninet if you miss it! Jeff the pool attendant was excellent and really made our stay more pleasant.

Staff very friendly and helpful. very clean place to stay, beds and pillows where comfortable. Housekeeping is great keeping room clean bed made and proving clean towels. The food at hotel was good we did breakfast buffet and ate out by - Pretty much everything was great! Superb location , great rooms including comfy beds. Excellent service throughout! Thru my job i stay something like 200 nights in a hotel annually, hence i feel qualified to evaluate. This hotel is absolutely Great!

  The staff were veey accomodating, from the moment we arrived they paid attention to make it a special anniversary for us. We were greeted in our suite with baloons, chocolate truffles and champagne after a day of sightseeing. The beach and pool area were beautiful, and the pig roast was very enjoyable. We will definitely be back. - This is a typical resort hotel with rooms opening from an open corridor, very friendly and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The room was spacious, there was a fridge in it as well. I have to highlight the location of the hotel which is very good, it is like two blocks away from the Southernmost Point and you can reach the main street with a short walk. The hotel has a private beach as well.

  The service was incredible. We received champagne upon our arrival. Complete ocean view was not available but we had the best partial view. Very relaxing. Everything was available at the hotel so we did not need to leave the resort if we didn't want to. - Beautiful ocean view room. I liked the set up of the room. Tons of counter top space.   I expected the hotel to be good,but it went far above my expectations. It was just perfect! I look at every single detail, and I love everything being good, especially when you travel with your family. The beach was fantastic with free sun beds.the beach cafe was gorgeous, plus we went there for dinner once and the waiter could - Friendly staff, for Europeans over-friendly but get used to it if you want to visit the usa. They have 3 pools and a beach with complimentary towels. You can order food & drinks on the tab of the room so that's easy. Free parking in front of your room as well as free WiFi all over the hotel. Breakfast is until 11:30 am Barefoot Billy’s is right around the corner if you want to go jet skiing. Just relax and enjoy the view, nothing bad to say about this hotel!

  The staff was fantastic! Always genuinely friendly and happy! The location was away from all the noise on duval but still close enough to enjoy a night out. The views were beautiful and the pier was my absolute favorite. The gardens, pool area and beach were all clean and well looked after. The staff were awesome, the entertainment was low key but easy to join in with. The location was fantastic.
