Staff here are friendly and helpful. We are really lucky to make friends with Roxana's family. They are keen to help us. They took us to the market, downtown and the beach. Without Roxana, it would be very inconvenient because we don't have a car. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The location is also good. It's really a smart choice to stay here. Okay - this isn't the Ritz, but in the two times I have stayed there, my room was clean and the bed comfortable. The price is right! Though is is right off I45, the rooms are very quiet. It is an older place and maybe there are a few things that need repair, but the essentials are fine.

Though located 12 - 15 minutes drive from downtown , one has connectivity to public transport and has a variety of restaurants nearby. I was able to check in before check in time. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. Excellent and friendly staff. Great accomodation. Very clean and excellent localization. Inexpensive, quiet, handy to what I was in Houston for. clean,quiet ,friendly ,helpful,affordable. Clean Bathroom. It was easily accessible from I 45 & the highway noise wan't an issue. Problem with my key not working was resolved quickly. the place was ok wasnt at room must was there for family event spend most of the time at their place. good cost performace. it was clean. The staff were amazing. Very informed and a pleasure to deal with. Price. Wifi was slow but worked. Noting... The price. Breakfast? Well, okay - at least you can get a cup of coffee. If you're like me, breakfast is not that much of a big deal. I had a no smoking room, but the comforter on the bed was full of nasty cigarette burns all over the place. Internet connection could be more fast. Could use some paint and freshening, but for $50 a night, it is just fine. Houston. No Iron Board... The light fixture in the bathroom was rusty, the face bowl drain was clogged, & there was, what looked like, a soda stain on the molding above the door. the towels it seem like they had starch. toilet didnt flush correctly, it alway seemed to almost overflow and algea growing in pool. my grandson was really looking forward to the pool and didnt get to swim at all. The location leaves a lot to be desired. The room was clean, but very run down. I have never seem carpet that old or dirty. I was not able to relax, because I was traveling with my young daughter and did not feel safe. No refund. Room is not clean, smelly & hot. Air condition was very noisy and did not work well. Refrigerator did not work. No hair dryer. Paid extra to change room. Spider webs in the room and bathroom vent. Pool was outdoor & looked dirty Area seemed rough and did not seem safe. It wasn't clean! It's not Secure! Rooms are not Isolated! Internet sucks!. everything else. dirty place bad neighborhood.
