  It is an older establishment with new owners who are remodeling themselves. They can not do enough for you. Room was very clean, quiet location. we were seniors with our adult children and 2 grand girls. Will stay again. We understand they are doing bigger suites. Everyone was very friendly. We stayed in the room with the Jacuzzi tub and it was great. It was really relaxing after a night of snow tubing. We can't wait to stay there again.

  The location was excellent. Easy access to downtown Gatlinburg. Not far from Pigeon Forge. We just loved it very much. - I loved the king bed and the in room big jacuzzi. The staff was great. They provided all our needs.

It was a nice and comfortable place to stay and a great location in downtown, easy access to walk to all the local attractions (: The price was a great deal and it was clean and comfy !
