the room was very clean and easy accesable to handicaped. loved the creek running down beside it. you could open the window and listen to it all night. liked the balcony so you could overlook the water and people going down the street. I did like the clean rooms. I loved the view of the river from the balcony. Even though we did not stay at this location during this trip because of the distance to our distination, we would rebook this location at another time.

Just out of the hustle n bustle of downtown. I liked the fact that it was not in the middle of town. The staff were very friendly. The view and sound of the river was beautiful. Very enjoyable to sit on the balcony. Hot tub was great. The hotel was lean and the stff was very courteous . easy to get to any venue, very relaxing area,loved the shows and shops. Sitting on the balcony and watching the river so peaceful. Room was big. Bed comfortable and clean. View was great. Small, quiet hotel in the middle of all the activity. The scenery is beautiful. Our stay was very relaxing. Rooms were clean. Nice being on the river. Loved the scenery the river and the room. Inexpensive, clean, and good location. loved the balcony and the fire place. staff, location, fireplace, balcony. location by the river. being on the river. Sound of the creek. Location. Off the main strip, not too crowded, balcony on river was only redeeming quality. river view. needed more room for people to have breakfast. I did not like that the location was listed as downtown when in fact it is 1/2 miles from the end of the strip. Our need for this stay was to be able to walk. We would rebook this location at a later time. -room smelled a little funky the whole time -it was just dirty and kind of dumpy. Only complaint was how out dated it was. need rebished. It could have been a little less buggy. There were some dead bugs and ants. Our screen was broken in the window. the only thing the hotel had no shower chair, My wife is handicapped to take a shower she has to sit on chair.Even in the handicapped room their was no shower chair, I had to go to Walgreens to buy one. Kind of dirty, things were drawn on, sink stopped up, no lock on window, and smelled musty. Small bathroom and bit of a walk downtown but wasn't all that bad. Only complaint was location wish it was futher into town. A little outdated, buy really didn't spend that much time in the hotel, so it really didn't matter. no fire starter logs for the fire and wood was not dry made it very hard to start. dirty hall, breakfast started too late. old motel, outside doors, not a very good breakfast. this is an older facility and it shows . Far away from ohter attractions. Room we were in needed of repair. No hair dryer and no iron. The heater did not work properly. Shower wall was coming apart. The Shower room heater need cleaning and was noisy. Hot tub did not work while we were there the whole time. Arrived 10 minutes before latest check in time and door was locked-had to go to another facility to check and and waited 10 for paperwork to be brought over and had an automatic one night stay charged to my card. Room was not clean and all the furniture was in the middle of the floor and stained. Toilet was not clean. The room heater needs a thermostat control. Place could use a facelift. Very dated decrepit hotel. No vending machines other than soft drinks. in itooked rooms we had friends to go with us we booked 2 rooms together side by side we did not get that I will probably not use booking .com again we definitely stated this when making the booking it turned into a lot of bs a lot of drama also friends room was mold in it not happy at all. I had to call when we arrived at 11:30 p.m. as the office was locked and no one was there, a man came in his car with my invoice and told me were the room was located. The sick was leaking around the faucet and there was a dirty wash cloth hanging on the bathtub rod. The water pressure for the commode was low. The continental breakfast was not sufficient. Room smelled like a burnt fireplace. We all awoke coughing and with headaches. Carpet was dirty. Bathroom so small that it was difficult to use the toilet. Mold on balcony, room was dirty, desk staff was terrible, tried to make me pay a price well above my booking price. was the worst hotel in a 3 week trip....dirty.....major disrepair....I can't believe any Corporate inspector ever visited.
