The staff during check in was friendly and very helpful. Someone had
taken the remote for the tv, and they had another one sent up in a
matter of minutes. Room was clean, loved the balcony, have been there
before and hope to return. Having the continental breakfast saved me
about $30 a day, so that made it possible for us to do other things.

I chose your hotel because of the fireplace and balcony. We LOVED sitting around the fireplace drinking coffee while admiring the fall colors through balcony glass door.
We also loved the pillows which were the best ones we've ever found in a hotel.

The location was great for catching the trolley to either the main downtown shopping district or to Pigeon Forge. The view of the mountains from the balcony was nice. Would be great when leaves are changing. The continental breakfast was additional savings and was quite nice.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The view from our room was incredible. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the river below. It was conveniently located to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The breakfast was okay. Balcony with view of the river was wonderful and relaxing. Liked the hot breakfast buffet. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was super clean. Was an older hotel but perfectly met our needs.

I found it to be a great place to stay at a very reasonable price. It's a older motel, the court yard IDE we stayed in is the older section, but it was well kept up and very clean. For my kids ages 9 and 21 the Internet and pools are importtant, they had both! And my 9 year old loved having 3 pools to choose from! On one particular night a families kids above our heads got rowdy. One call to the desk resolved the problem in minutes. As to location...I like being out if the hustle of downtown. I

I liked the fact that the room didn't have carpet. The shower head was amazing after a long day of walking and the beds were very comfortable. I was also happy with the size of the fridge. It was great for travelers on a budget. The breakfast each morning was nice and filling. -

The staff were very accommodating. The rooms were what I remember of Gatlinburg- they are old- but so cozy. Love the wood burning fireplace and the balcony over the roaring creek. I loved the balcony over the rushing creek! The option of 2 pools with the larger one great for the family and kids with the slides, waterfall, a smaller baby pool and towels available at the pool. Play ground for the kids was nice. Hot and cold breakfast included was a bonus. Microwave and refrigerator in the room is a plus. Grilling area out by the creek is nice. Would stay there again when we could stay longer as we were only there for one night. AC in the room worked great!

Loved the location and the fact that we were in the mountains. The
location was great--just a few miles outside of Gatlinburg and not very
far to all the sites and attractions of Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. The
staff went out of their way to see that we had what we needed,
including a waitress and chef that more than accommodated my special
reques

We like that we could visit here & had all we needed right on spot, didn't have to bring anything from town. We like that as a couple we were able to go out that evening & enjoy other couples socializing at the bar & had the restaurant on site. We also like that when we decide to come back we can also bring our daughter & she will be occupied with activities to do for her own age. Beautiful place, loved it, can't wait to come back!
