It was very friendly and clean. It was very quiet for sleeping. It had a great breakfast accomodations. Was able to use the microwave for our left over dinner. We had a ground floor accomodation, easy to get into the grounds from the road and easy parking,.

We stayed 3 days in July. The room was clean, large, and comfortable. The staff came and cleaned the room daily. Loved the low cost!.
The room was very clean and everything worked. We don't spend much
time in the room except to sleep, so it worked well for us.

Very disappointed. The toilet leaked. The pool was dirty and the hot tub was way too hot. The grounds were not kept up.
Location and wildlife. Groups of elk and a lone fox were around the
motel grounds.

At night the motel needs to have a lite up sign and/or lights to shine when entering the grounds. It was hard to see when you are not familiar with the territory to find the entrance driveway.
The level-challenged parking and the lack of even a microwave.
I don't know if they just took this property over and are working on
it, or just letting it go. The premises needs a lot of work. It would be
really nice if it was cleaned up. Junk stacked around, a tarp over an
entrance of a lower unit, stairs are uneven. Upper unit creaks when
anyone walks around. Swimming pool and hot tub area was really bad. The
hot tub was missing part of the outside and I don't know if it even
worked or not.
Shower had a connection that sprayed water out the side, but the staff fixed it.
Parking lot, we were riding motorcycles and it is not motorcycle friendly at all, very hard to maneuver, parking lot is very steep and lots of sharp turns, hard to maneuver on a motorcycle.
Wish we had a small refrig in the room.
Paper thin walls and limited breakfast.
They never cleaned the bathroom. The towels were like sandpaper. Hair
dryer didn't work. They replaced it but it was of poor quality and
not worth the effort.

screen to balcony doesn't fit -- let in one type of wasp in one day, and another type of wasp another day.
In the bathroom found the attic access cover was missing, giving this weird sense of insecurity and discomfort, wondering even if there was a camera or a person up in the attic with open access to the room.
The continental breakfast was terrible, basically prepackaged muffins, some type of bland juice and coffee, nothing else.
1St room was terrible. Old, dirty, bad carpeting, turd in the toilet. I
complained, threatened to leave and they gave me another room. $95.00 +
tax I expect to get a decent room. Evaluation based on 2nd room.
Wifi was intermittent and weak.
continental breakfast was pretty weak--only tiny muffins and some toast--not even any fruit. The building is a bit outdated and the walls are a little thin, but my room faced the back so in general it wasn't too bad.
Hot tub was out of order and look like it hadn't worked in a while.
Old, Old, Old. Everything in need of maintenance. Breakfast was generic "Cheerios" and day old miniature muffins and bread for toast. That's it. One of the days I was there there was not even coffee. My room was not refreshed on the second day. Bed not made and trash not emptied. There are plenty of motels in Estes Park...find another.
The facility was very run down and run old. The stairs were crickety and
dangerous. We got our car door dinged in the parking lot and there was
no in- room refrigerator, wifi, or continental breakfast as promised
upon booking. Would never stay there again. Almost booked with Coyote
Mountain Lodge for same price and wish we had.

the place was not very clean at all chair broken. little heat from vent. Lobby was not clean or well keep the dining room area unclean the place was not well kept at all would not stay there again.
Older hotel and it shows. Cracks in the ceiling and walls. Nothing fancy at all. We moved down the street after first night.
This place should be shut down. There is trash everywhere, stairs do not
meet code, railing on stairs was broken, no light outside door, bathroom
electrical socket was hanging off wall, shower water never got hot, tub
didn't drain, curtains did not close, window did not lock, no
refrigerator and no ice available. Filthy and uncared for. I could go
on! Do not let anyone stay here ever again.

There was a torn blanket with white stains on my bed.
They said they had free wifi, but it really was just from the super 8 motel with a weak signal.

This was de most worst hotel i ever been. It was old and filtyThe pricevwas at least twice to much. VERY BAD.
Paint was peeling all over the hotel. Pool was dirty. Pool area
surrounded by weeds plus weeds by and around the pool itself. Stairs
leading up to the room felt as if they would collapse at any minute.
Hopefully this establishment was just purchased and the new owners are
planning some renovations.

My room stunk, not all the lights could be used, no hot water, pool and
hot tub unavailable, stairs a hazard at night due to poor lighting.
