Hotel staff were outstanding, friendly, helpful. We stayed for a specialoccasion and the concierge gave us vip tickets for an attraction wewanted to visit. They went out of their way to make the stay memorable - Friendly good service the staff went out of their way to help. Good location close to Boston Common, historic sights underground etc

staff were very friendly and it was in the best location of Boston. Overall it was an excellent choice - value for the money I paid. - The food, room service staff, the bed, the ambiance.

The hotel is in a great location. It must be amazing to have a room with a view of the park. Sadly, I wasn't that lucky.
The room itself was spacious. The bed was comfortable, but the matress a little worn. I kept sliding to the edge of the bed. The plaid on the bed had holes in it.

We loved everything. The Taj was perfect for our stay. The staff was
very helpful as well as friendly. Before we arrived we had questions
about the reservations and hotel amenities, and Kenia Celestino,
reservations manager, was extremely attentive. She was very prompt in
answering any question we had. Amanda was our turn down attendant at
night. She was just the nicest, most gracious and helpful person you
could have to get you settled in at night. Housekeeping for our room,
612, was awesome.

Stayed four nights with my two grown up sons in a two bedroom suite. An
ideal option that gave us all our own space without needing to have
completely separate rooms. We didn't have the best of views but we

Unfortunately we arrived just after the bombs had gone off, the staff were on hand immediately to help and reassure us, they were extremely kind and upgraded us to a suite. Maureen booked us in for dinner at a local Restaurant and even sent us over her favourite cocktail while we were having dinner. Room was very comfortable and clean, location was good - will be back!!

Very nice hotel, well presented and clean, proffessional staff, upgraded
to harbour view room. Quality as expected for star rating. In a decent
area, 5 mins walk from Italian quarter, short taxi from Boston South
station. Nice walk along harbour from hotel and water taxi right
outside, handy for airport. -

Peter recommended a fantastic North End restaurant & made a reservation for us.
It was our anniversary & we received a card & some wonderful biscotti from the hotel.
Our room overlooked the water & was luxuriously appointed.
